Mel's Memory Care is a California State Licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and Support Service Center. Our caregivers and staff are experienced and trained in providing specialized care for the elderly with significant memory impairment.
We provide a respectable, relaxing, and loving residential environment for our residents 24 hours and 7 days a week and support services Monday through Thursday 10am-4pm and on Saturday by appointment only.
Mel's Memory Care is an excellent alternative for specialized and personalized care for persons 60 years and older living with significant memory impairment. We offer private and semi-private rooms at affordable rates.
Mel’s Memory Care is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people living with significant memory impairment (Alzheimer’s or related dementia) by providing our residents assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) and a secure living environment. Although aging and significant memory impairment present challenges, our goal is to enhance the quality of life and care for our residents by offering personalized care and providing activity based memory care.
At Mel’s Memory Care we understand disease progression and recognize that our residents may require different levels of care. The program is designed to compliment each stage of disease progression (i. e. early, middle and late stages) by offering three levels of care:
